What to expect from Aaptive Boxing

Why we are different
1. Tailored coaching – We have coaches who are used to working in SPED classes in schools. Through their expertise in the class room, we've been able to create classes designed for our adaptive boxers.
2. Whole-person focus – Beyond punches and pads, we build fitness, balance and coordination, mobility, self-regulation, and self-advocacy skills that carry over to everyday life.
3. Community first – Small class sizes, peer mentors, and family involvement foster a supportive atmosphere where friendships form as quickly as sweat beads.
4. Safety at the core – High coach-to-athlete ratio keep sessions challenging yet secure.
